The highest for health is the relic hunters if i recall, then snowhunter, cimmerian berserker, and Lian is down about 5th or 6th somewhere. Keep rerolling them until you get a nice HP, and use well trained perk.The Exile Lands legendary armor is really good now being on par with if not better than aspect gear, only issue is that you can't Transmog them unfortunately.
