If I remember correctly the kit comes with a hinge adapter that you can use with a standard buffer tube if you wanted to. Or you could buy a stock with a 1913 adapter, it doesn't need to be mcx exclusive. 2.Everything in the SIG MCX lower parts kit works for an AR15 lower except the the right side mag release button due to it being over sized in the MCX kit.
