DIY newbie here. I've been trying more and more DIY stuff, so I figured I'd tackle the blend door / actuator issue. It was surprisingly easy and I thought I'd lay it out in some pics in case anyone else with this issue wanted to try it themselves. Found the part for $46. Dealer/mechanic might want $250-300 for the repair.

Remove the instrument face panel and radio. It is 8 inches below, and will be covered by fiberglass insulation. Follow the vacuum hose. 2 screws.2.5L. 4 CYL. 2WD. AUTOMATIC. 100,000 MILES. While using my A/C the driver's side vents blow cold air but the passenger side vents blow warm air. I suspect the passenger side blend door actuator is the culprit.
